Counselling Art Therapy with

Since 1992, I have facilitated creative workshops in Australia and overseas.

After completing my Transpersonal Art Therapy Diploma, I believe I have added depth to my workshops, retreats and consultations. I offer a range of creative, therapeutic experiences, where the voices of expression include writing and a variety of art expressions using paints, crayons and collage.

I believe that everyone benefits from art therapy. Art is spontaneous and we all have the power to create and to enjoy the process without focusing on the artistic merit of the end result.

Transpersonal Art Therapy is a wholistic counselling practice which taps into unconscious information, embracing the whole person, the body, mind and spirit. The art is a tool which reveals authentically what comes from the unconscious, creating a unique opportunity for  personal growth, healing and transformation.

Transpersonal Art Therapy is client based counselling, often using art as the starting point for communication.  The art may give  meaning to personal situations and can lead to self realisation.In an individual or group situation, Expressive Painting, Mandalas, Dream exploration or Collage are used to explore The Poetics of Your Life.
